- Brush, Junk, Trash or Unlicensed Auto
- Toter

- Parking on Lawn
- Over-Occupancy

- Other
In order to file a violation report, the property in concern must be located within the City of Whitewater jurisdiction. Once submitted, city staff will inspect the concern. If a violation is in place, the property owner will be notified of any violation and given a timeframe to correct the issue. If the violation is not fixed, per ordinance, the violator will be issued a re-inspection fee. Vehicle complaints do not fall under zoning code and will be forwarded to the Police Department. The City must provide a copy of the violation report to any party requesting it under the open records law of the State of Wisconsin.
