Authorization to hold Finance Committee meeting with less than 72 hours notice, as required by City of Whitewater Transparency Ordinance.
The February meeting is being rescheduled to the weather cancellation of the Tuesday February 22nd meeting, As the cancellation fell within 72 hours of the this replacement meeting, an action is necessary to waive the 72 hour transparency ordinance.

No formal Finance Committee action will be taken during this meeting although issues raised may become part of a future agenda. Participants are allotted a three to five minute speaking period. Items on the agenda may not be discussed at this time.
