Authorization to Amend Agenda With Less Than 72 Hours Notice (Agenda item modified)

The minutes intended for inclusion in original agenda were inadvertently exchanged with a historical set of minutes from a previous meeting.  The intended minutes from November 23, 2021 have now been included in exchange for the incorrect minutes.
