2021 Tax Increment District Development

City staff is working to identify prospective areas best suited for the next generation of Tax Increment Districts (TIDs).  Several public meetings have been held to share progress with this effort, including a joint meeting of the Common Council, Community Development Authority, and Plan and Architectural Review Commission on May 5th.  This presentation was also shared at a Town Hall Meeting on May 13th.  Information shared can be found below:
