The City Manager’s Report is presented by the City Manager at the beginning of the Common Council meetings, which are the first and third Tuesday of every month at 6:30 pm. This report serves as the City Manager’s newsletter to the Common Council on items that are useful for scheduling purposes and/or communicating with their constituents on matters of interest to them, responses to council member inquiries, and events and activities of interest to the community.
The State of the City Addressis a speech customarily given once a year by the city manager of the city. The State of the City Address is usually done to outline the city manager's legislative proposals and policy directions for the upcoming year. The timing, venue and purpose of the State of the City Address can vary. The presentation can be given at the invitation of organizations within the community.
