Parks & Recreation Board

Created pursuant to Ch. 2.52 of the Whitewater Municipal Code the Board shall consist of seven members. Four of the citizen members shall be residents of the city or a resident of the Whitewater School District. Three ex officio members shall not have specified residency requirement. Ex officio members will serve permanently or as long as they are holding office or are a representative of the following organizations: (1) Whitewater School District Representative; (1) Councilmember; and (1) University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Representative. There will also be one alternate member. Terms are for 3 years.
