Adjourn to closed session, NOT TO RECONVENE, pursuant to Chapter 19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin Statutes, “Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.”  Items to be Discussed:   1)  Negotiation of Development Agreement for Library project;  2) Negotiation relating to possible purchase of 292 S. Wisconsin Street;  3)  Negotiation relating to possible purchase of  406 and 412 W. Whitewater Street.and 4) Negotiation of sale of real estate near roundabout on E. Milwaukee Street.
